Here you can find a dazzling array of high-quality artworks created in Theatre Of Hearts/Youth First Artist-In-Residence workshops brought to Los Angeles County schools, community centers, juvenile halls, and probation camps to over 87,000 talented youngsters to date, ages 4-18, from underserved local communities since 1987.
Theatre Of Hearts/Youth First has used arts education workshops led by professional Artist/Mentors to act as a catalyst for change in the lives of these children. For many, it is the first chance to experience the transforming power of art and to create something of worth. The dramatic results can be seen in our vast COOL ART collection, which we now offer to you.
For a suggested donation we will send you a gift — SELECT from an array of UNIQUE PRINTS created in a variety of media, framed and unframed: there is something suitable for everyone. Our COOL ART Store is a great way to shop and give a gift TWICE: once to the recipient, and again to Los Angeles County youth. Every item you acquire goes directly to support Theatre Of Hearts/Youth First Artist-In-Residence workshops, and helps a young person realize their full potential.
